Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and operational resilience
- Produce trend briefs and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish foresight methodologies and AI-driven trend analysis protocols
- Mentor junior futurists and collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic scenarios for major organizations
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
