Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (technological, social, environmental) and synthesize actionable foresight reports
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic resilience
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and next-generation business models
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for market evolution and technology adoption
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-proofing principles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or foresight role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R/forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience in tech, healthcare, or sustainability sectors
