Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Produce actionable insights through trend reports and competitive landscape assessments
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for executive teams on future readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies with deep understanding of their societal implications
- Exceptional facilitation skills for high-stakes executive workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or Technology Innovation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic innovation initiatives
