You'll lead cross-functional teams in incubating breakthrough initiatives while ensuring alignment with our core mission of sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic vision
- Anticipate emerging trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Champion agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into market-ready innovations
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narrative frameworks
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation incubator team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of leading transformative initiatives to market success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong presentation skills with experience at executive/board level
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CPSM) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
