Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Author quarterly trend reports and whitepapers that influence executive decision-making and product roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops on disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts affecting our industry
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in journals like Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
