Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products, services, and business models
- Create scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives and de-risk innovation portfolios
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
