As a key member of our Future Insights division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to decode technological disruptions, societal shifts, and market evolutions. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment priorities, and organizational resilience in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast their commercial impact by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and sustainable business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Identify and map new market opportunities in Web3, neurotech, and space commercialization
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Strong network with futurist communities and research institutions
