Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive forces through multi-disciplinary research
- Develop 2026+ strategic scenarios and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to challenge assumptions and foster future-ready mindsets
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and futurist networks
- Communicate complex future insights through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
