Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI governance and post-quantum cryptography transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping emergent business models in decentralized ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and WHO innovation hubs
- Translate complex futures research into actionable roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and trend analysis techniques
- Present findings at global forums like Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record developing 2020-2030 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling abilities translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in HBR, WIRED, or similar tier-1 publications
- Experience advising boards on climate resilience and ethical AI governance frameworks
