Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors to forecast their impact on industry landscapes by 2026
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for organizational adaptation to emerging technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-oriented mindsets across departments
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Champion innovation culture by identifying and prototyping future-focused business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
