Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps and strategic innovation frameworks
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Design and facilitate executive innovation workshops and future scenario planning sessions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Translate complex futures insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience leading executive-level strategic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
