Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market trajectories
- Establish global thought leadership via white papers, keynotes, and industry panels
- Design ethical guardrails for autonomous systems and exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or industry thought leadership
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
