Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and disruptive forces through 2030
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026+ vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures
- Translate foresight research into actionable business recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks and methodologies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
