Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly trend reports and scenario planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing technologies and services
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend forecasting or scenario planning projects
- Strong data analysis capabilities with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
