Responsibilities

- Design innovation pipelines aligned with long-term market evolution
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Lead workshops on trend forecasting and strategic foresight methodologies
- Publish industry thought leadership on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) preferred
