- Mentor junior futurists in advanced foresight methodologies and ethical innovation principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum machine learning
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ implemented innovations with measurable global impact
