Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping exponential technology impacts on business models
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for quantum-enhanced systems
- Establish KPIs measuring organizational future-readiness and adaptability
- Manage $5M innovation portfolio focused on 2026 commercialization opportunities
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology convergence trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and weak signal detection
- Proven track record of implementing future-back strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech trajectories
