Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum) through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings for executive decision-making
- Advise on ethical implications of disruptive technologies and regulatory landscapes
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior analysts in future intelligence methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
