Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives and board members

- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an intelligence network of industry disruptors and thought leaders
- Advise on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven trend-impact analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Publishing record in futurist publications or peer-reviewed journals
