Responsibilities

- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks using advanced data modeling and scenario planning techniques
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
- Author quarterly foresight briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using AI-driven tools and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning work for 2026+ horizons
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
