Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps by analyzing disruptive technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic megatrends
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to identify opportunities and threats in 2026+ market landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused insights into corporate vision and resource allocation
- Develop and deliver compelling foresight frameworks to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Establish proprietary research methodologies for tracking emerging signals and validating future hypotheses
- Champion innovation culture by facilitating hackathons and cross-disciplinary collaboration sessions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading commercial strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic transformations
