Responsibilities
- Develop and publish comprehensive 2026 trend reports covering AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational structures
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic variables impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Create competitive advantage through patent-pending foresight methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future technology adoption curves

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (peer-reviewed publications or industry reports)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
