Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Design scenario-planning frameworks quantifying impact of quantum computing and neurotech disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executives to align innovation portfolios with future human needs
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and decentralized organizational models
- Build predictive models for climate adaptation and circular economy transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and signal detection
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications (examples required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and weak signal analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Systems Thinking preferred
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption resilience and adaptive strategy
