Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and cultural shifts
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework for organizational decision-making
- Produce forward-looking scenario planning models for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on emerging opportunities and threats
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business strategies
- Advise R&D teams on long-term innovation pipelines and moonshot projects
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations that drove measurable impact
