Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic scenarios using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports on technological convergence and market evolution
- Design innovation frameworks for next-gen product development and service offerings
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Maintain ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Experience developing long-term roadmaps for tech-driven organizations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
