Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework for 2026+ planning horizon
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends with quantified impact assessments
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive future landscapes
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps with actionable recommendations
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurist consulting, or C-suite innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., books, journals)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent advanced credentials
