Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to map technological convergence points for 2026
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and space colonization
- Lead workshops on neuro-ergonomics and human-AI symbiosis
- Author quarterly trend reports distributed to 500+ industry stakeholders
- Oversee development of predictive analytics models for market disruption
- Advose on regulatory frameworks for synthetic biology and autonomous systems
- Coordinate with venture capital arm to identify moonshot opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps with 5-year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or space tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and government advisory boards
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented future-strategy initiatives
