- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate-related business risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author executive reports and thought leadership content on emerging trends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Advolve leadership teams on long-term strategic implications of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 5+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of delivering scenario-planning projects for enterprise-level organizations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience visualizing complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or thought leadership
- Ability to synthesize multidisciplinary inputs into coherent strategic narratives
