Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise decision-making
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical trends, and socioeconomic indicators to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scenario-planning models to prepare for future market volatility and technological pivots
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development pipelines
- Publish thought leadership reports and predictive whitepapers on industry evolution
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Published author in foresight publications or industry journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) strongly preferred
