Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into business opportunities
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on future market disruptions and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS)
