Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive futures research across 12+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight models using proprietary methodologies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to map disruption pathways
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and lead a global network of futurist thought partners
- Integrate foresight findings into product development and investment strategies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology evolution
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
