Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Design and implement future-proof business models for emerging markets
- Collaborate with C-suite to align organizational strategy with long-term societal trajectories
- Pioneer thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team with diverse expertise
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and adapt to evolving futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term transformational strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technological contexts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFPS) preferred
