Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight frameworks
- Design predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture frontier insights
- Create risk mitigation protocols for disruptive scenarios affecting industry positioning
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking approaches
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy implementation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' socioeconomic implications (Web3, AI, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futures/strategy publications (preferred)
- Experience with strategic planning software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
