Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative risk/opportunity assessments
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies and accelerate innovation pipelines
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive threats and paradigm shifts across industries
- Design and implement future-proofing strategies for organizational resilience
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
