- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across product, operations, and talent domains

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SAMI, Futures Platform)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
