- Produce trend reports synthesizing exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Design and launch innovation pipelines for 2030+ market opportunities
- Lead global research initiatives on human-AI symbiosis and climate adaptation
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, energy)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with SaaS enterprise clients in B2B/B2C markets
