Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business viability across industries
- Lead executive workshops translating foresight into strategic priorities and innovation roadmaps
- Produce annual Future State Reports with predictive models and disruption warnings
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption in regulated sectors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking and adaptive strategy methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders and board members through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 7+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record developing corporate futures strategies implemented by Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Scenarios, Delphi Technique)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex global data into actionable executive insights
