Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive frameworks for 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Develop proprietary trend-analysis algorithms using machine learning and big data
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms (quantum ethics, AI consciousness, post-scarcity economies)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our quantum-entangled labs
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist summits and Davos-style forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years applied experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Expertise in scenario planning, causal layered analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing visualization tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of 10-year strategic forecasts
- Deep understanding of biotech, AGI development, and decentralized governance models
