Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation ecosystems
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and future impact assessments for board presentations
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Mentor internal teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future literacy
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and academic research communities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
