Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies and business models
- Architect innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities across global markets
- Present strategic briefings to executive boards and industry consortiums
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-driven KPIs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futurism/innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and synthetic biology convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 100 environments
- Fluency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, AnyLogic)
