Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technology forecasting or emerging tech R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science or peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ users
- Patent portfolio in machine learning or distributed systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
