Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Design and implement forward-thinking roadmaps for tech adoption in enterprise environments
- Develop ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and opportunities
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex problem-solving
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
