Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neurotech interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading research institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience with venture capital and startup ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight
