Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to forecast industry landscapes through 2030
- Develop and maintain a dynamic technology radar system, identifying high-impact innovations across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligning R&D investments with future market opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development and business strategy
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members, driving data-backed decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal and economic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market transformations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major technology predictions validated by market outcomes
