- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework identifying disruptive trends across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing tech-driven business transformations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
