Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and assess business impact through scenario modeling
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 5-year growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI and quantum domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists through rapid prototyping cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and roadmap development for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published research in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization success stories
