Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption strategies
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology shifts and their business implications
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology readiness and innovation maturity
- Represent the organization at global tech forums and thought leadership platforms
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Track record of translating futuristic concepts into measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical innovation frameworks
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transitions
