Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Analyze global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize futuristic technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
