Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and legal teams to assess emerging technology viability
- Author strategic whitepapers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies on AI governance
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental technology incubation
- Represent the company at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Build and lead a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum computing architectures and generative AI systems
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and biotech governance
