Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and market disruption risks
- Architect strategic roadmaps for product innovation and R&D priorities aligned with future market demands
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable business strategy and investment decisions
- Build and mentor a global team of futurists and technology analysts
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and media partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in exponential technology trends and systemic change modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact (portfolio examples required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis, AI trend prediction)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech/futures publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
